Artificial intelligence notice
This page meets transparency duties under Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act) and supplements the privacy notice. It is not a cookie banner and does not depend on cookie consent.
Art. 50 in brief: (1) inform where interaction with an AI system is not obvious; (2) mark AI-generated or AI-manipulated content; (4) disclose AI-assisted text published to inform the public, unless human editorial control with responsibility applies.
Labelling on this origin: EU baseline “AI” icon (not the “AI GENERATED” variant). Text and images may be AI-assisted; they are under human editorial review. Control and responsibility sit with Jan Genz (ByJanGenz / Verlag ByJanGenz).
Content on X (@ByJanGenz, @VerlagByJanGenz, x@jangenz.com) may be AI-assisted and is editorially reviewed before publication. This mini-site does not replace labelling individual posts on X.
Acknowledging this notice is stored only locally (`ai-act-disclosure-accepted`). The notice does not send data to third parties. Not a high-risk AI system; no automated decisions with legal effect (Art. 22 GDPR). Deleting the localStorage entry shows the notice again; that is not withdrawal of GDPR consent, because the notice does not require consent.
Draft — not legal advice.
